COMMENTS: A dedicated super-macro lens giving from 1x to 5x magnification. Manual focus only. Note that the lens isn't a zoom lens, it's a close focusing macro lens with a very large amount of built in extension. If you want to increase magnification you move closer to your subject and if you want to decrease it you move away from your subject. Working distance is 1.6 to 4". The f2.8 aperture is what it would be if the lens could focus to infinity (which it can't!). The effective aperture at 1x is f5.6. At 5x the actual maximum working aperture is about f16. If you're a serious high magnification macro shooter, there's nothing else like this lens available.
