COMMENTS: One of Canon's original EOS lenses. A fisheye lens with a 180 degree diagonal field of view on a full frame camera. On an APS-C sensor camera it creates an image with a high level of barrel type distortion (fisheye distortion), but due to the smaller frame the "fisheye" effect is smaller and, in fact, the image can be corrected to give a "normal" (rectilinear) view, equal to that given by a 20mm lens on a full frame camera (or a 12.5mm lens on an APS-C sensor camera).
