COMMENTS: A very good lens indeed. Probably the first choice of many wildlife and sports photographers. Though it doesn't quite have the reach of the EF 600/4L IS, it's significantly cheaper, shorter and most importantly (to those who have to carry it far), lighter. Even without IS it would be an outstanding lens, but the IS makes it even better!
